Before every service you will be taken through a thorough consultation with one of our advanced artists. Your lifestyle, body shape, face shape, skin tone and hair type will be taken into consideration before we create a look customized especially for you.
Hair Stylists, Nail Artists and Aestheticians rely on high-performance products to achieve and support a variety of looks and treatments. At LUNA, we believe in our client's right to the same opportunity. That's why we are proud to introduce "The Client Knowledge program" which takes our commitment to an even higher level. It is our policy that, beginning with the consultation and continuing throughout their visit, our clients will be informed on the products and treatments that they experience each step of their service. It is an artist's responsibility to see that both themselves and their assistant fulfill this policy. As part of The Client Knowledge program, the artist should also give each client a recommendation for support products based on their consultation.
All salon and spa appointments can be scheduled by phone or in person at the front desk. Your appointment time is determined strictly according to the services requested. Be assured that this includes an adequate amount of time for a personalized consultation with your stylist. Please help us to provide our clients with a no-wait experience by being on time to your appointment. We suggest that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving over fifteen minutes late for appointments may have to be rescheduled in order to respect the schedule of others.
